Depression / Denial
Hi
My wife is currently in a bad position and believe it is down to depression, back in April Doc told her that on a level of 1 to 10 and 10 being the worse in terms of depression she was about number 7, gave her anti depressents
The latest is that we visited a councillor and she suggested that we have zero contact for one month, my wife moved out to get space and in my eyes run away from her problems but they have just followed her to new oplace and she is worse. Puts on a smily happy face when run others but when with her family she is like a zombie, only the past few weeks are her family really seeing this and now understand my concerns.
Will depression make you be in denial of having the problem??
Any help / advice is appreciated - i want to be supportive for my wife who i love dearly and a month with zero contact is very very hard
