Drama play about children witnessing domestic violence.

Hi i am a RYL member for SI but i am trying to find some information on domestic abuse, for my A level play which i am currently devising.
The play is about a girl who witnesses domestic violence against her mother form a young age. our aim of the play is to show the effects. we are showing the girl at 4 ages of her life to show the effects. These ages are 6 yrs, 10 rs, 14 yrs, and 18 yrs.

i was hoping to find someone to share there experiances or any opinions on the matter, to help to write the play.

no one shoud feel obligued to share and i do not want ot cause anyone to bring up harmful memiores, but would appriciate the help.

all imformation will only be used in the play and will be confidential and used in a sensitive way.

i want to open people up to what happens behind closed doors.

I also witnessed domestic violence towards my mum, from my depressed, paranoid and very insecure father. He also emotionally abused me.
