Any fans of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic in here?
My brother noticed it was a growing trend on the internet and decided to watch a couple of episodes to see what the fuss was about.
Next thing I know he's making all kind of references I don't get and tells me to "Just Watch The Show."
A few months of this go by and I decide to just stream an episode to see what the fuss was about. The first episode was a two parter so I watch the second episode too.
Next thing I know I seem to have watched my way through both seasons, now struggling to catch the third as it comes out.
I don't know what happened. there's something about the show that hooks you in. It's actually kind of cool and fun to watch.
After a bad day an episode or two always helps.
Over the last few days I started to find out just how big the fandom is. Scarily huge if you're wondering.
I know, I'm a regular slowpoke when it comes to trends but I get there in the end.

Never be afraid to speak about it in public - share the love and tolerance! :D You might actually be surprised by how many people watch it too / have watched it once / understand the brony fandom. I actually have been sort of neglecting the series lately, as I've had other things to be doing. (Not particularly productive things, but things nonetheless!) I've already watched all of Season 1, with which I was on the ball and caught every episode as soon as it came out, and up to around Episode 8 of Season 2.
There are times to stay put, and what you want will come to you.
But there are times to go out into the world and find such a thing for yourself.
I aint no abacus but you can count on me.

Rainbow dash is pretty cool. about 20% cooler than any other pony. ;)
But the bookish Twilight has to be my fave of the mane six.

I was curious and one episode wasn't going to kill me. And I decided it's actually a pretty cute show. :) I even watched a few more episodes. I don't think I'll ever be obsessed but I do like it, so thanks!

I've heard the term "bronies" before, but this is the first time I've heard of "pegasisters". I know what they both mean, but I've never seen that one used before.
I was a big fan of the original MLP way back in the 80's. Had most of the toys, too. I like the FIM version, and I can see the appeal, but I'm not really a fan of it. I might have been a fan of it, if not for the fact that I can't turn around without seeing everything having a My Little Pony version made of it. And not just MLP. It has to be the in the "Friendship is Magic" style, or it doesn't count. And in the same vein as people that don't openly say that they are a fan of it, one should take caution on where they say that they are not a fan...You could get flamed into a barbeque for that.
It's not that I hate things that are popular, I just get numb about things that are overdone to the point of being stale. But if you're a fan, more power to ya. I know I like a lot of things that other people would look at and think "Why in the world would someone ever like that?!"

Oh god... since posting in this thread a few hours ago I've watched 4 episodes... it's really good! I hope to not get addicted to it... =/
This was me a few weeks ago! and now I've watched every episode...lol
I'm not addicted or obsessed but it's a cute show. The fact that they're only like 22 minute episodes made it too easy to just keep watching lol.
I've seen videos on youtube of the voice actors and I think it's really cool to see them do the voices. Especially since applejack and rainbow dash are the same and pinkie pie and fluttershy are the same. I don't know why I find that so amusing lol.
