Christmas present ideas?

I like giving presents that are different, personal, mostly useful, long-lasting ... & cheap So any ideas would be welcomed ... & I am hopeless at making things, get all OCD about it & don't really have the time!

Just thought it would be good to have a place to share ideas? Or ask for help for people who are hard to buy for ... which is what I will be needing!

I love getting unique customised stuff and buying from friends who run their own businesses. Support small businesses and all that!

Awkwardly I can't share specifics, as most people I'm buying for will be able to read this, but one idea I have had this year is doing an IOU for my dad and sister for tickets to see Spamalot in London. My dad doesn't need more random crap, but I think he'd really enjoying seeing a show :)

I've had so much fun buying presents this year =D

Small businesses is good. Also means things are more special as not everyone has them, i like those kinds of gifts :)
