I requested a username change a couple of days ago. How do you tell if/when it's been approved?

They usually get changed on a Friday, but sometimes this isn't the case. At any rate, you'll be able to tell because your name changes and you get a PM notifying you also, I believe :)

hiya it took about a week or so to get mine changed and when they did it they emailed to say it was done

basically what other's have said. Only one moderator currently has the power to change usernames, and they try and do so every friday. But as you can probably understand, that is a lot of work to fall onto the shoulders of one person, so sometimes their is a slight delay.

I do them on Friday or as close to Friday as I can (as I sometimes have a life!!)
