I am currently:
These past months

I didn't know either to post here or in serious discussion but anyways onto the subject these past few months my head has been driving me basically insane all the things ive been thinking about bittering away in my head I've been getting so angry and aggreesive towards the people who look after me and the people who care for me i.e friends & family & workers. I've been saying things like "i'm gonna blow up the school" "i'm gonna kill you and slit your their throats" "i'm gonna cut you up". My head is just so meesed up and I feel like I'm gonna end up hurting someone or myself I mean I feel like people pushing me too far that I get so wound up i end up hurting people around me or hurting myself, i punch walls i brake my own objects i even slit my own hand on purpose and i havent selfharmed for almost a year now and i've let myself down. Everyone around me seems to think am ill in the head or they have also statued that my emotional health is really low and my mentallity is low also. I just feel like giving up, I've also been starving myself but when I do eat it's just really bad foods i eat and i struggle to swollow and i'm not opening up to people because i'm scared they might lock me away.

I just wish I could let the pain out . . .

Have you thought about getting professional help? It sounds like your going through a lot and that some extra support could be helpful. Have you tried any relaxation/calming techniques for the anger? Even simple things like taking some deep breaths can help reduce the agitation that your feeling.

As for recently self-harming after a year don't beat yourself up over it, you did well to make it through to a year. Have you tried distractions to try and beat the urge? A great list of distractions can be found here. Hope this helps. Take care
