Talking to my doctor about anxiety
So it's no big secret to those around me that I have bad anxiety and a lot of fears. I'm on clonazepam right now. But im also sort of dealing with paranoia. That's what I call it at least. I always feel like things(Dead people, demons and such) are watching me. Are around me. Are behind me. It's like the feeling after watching a scary movie, but way worse and constant. It prevents me from doing a lot.
But I'm nervous to speak with my counselor about this because I don't want her to think I'm crazy or something. Anyway. Does anyone else experience this and how do you cope?

I can relate to some extent anyway. It is really difficult and scary.
I think talking to your counsellor / doctor about it sounds like a really good step. They won't think you're crazy, they will have heard similar things before, and they're there to help you, not judge you. Although it's scary to open up about things, they may have helpful suggestions, and you do deserve support with this. Maybe if you find it hard to talk about it would be helpful to write it down beforehand to show your counsellor.
I find that the usual techniques that I use for anxiety (breathing, grounding, distraction) help a little, and I try to rationalise my thoughts, although that is difficult when things feel so real. It does help a bit to remind myself that I have felt the same way before and nothing bad has happened.
Anyway, sorry I don't have anything more useful to suggest! But I hope you are able to talk to someone about this and that things improve soon. Take care of yourself.

I agree with the above post, particularly writing it down, it helps you to think about what you'd like to say and how to say it.And lets you say it in the best possible way.

It doesn't matter where you come from; it matters where you go.
No-one gets remembered for the things they didn't do. We won't all be here this time next year,
so while you can take a picture of us. We're definitely going to hell,
but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

Fight for another day

I think it is a good idea for you to talk to your counsellor/doctor about this so they can provide you with some extra support. They won't think your crazy, in fact they would have dealt with similar before. Good luck hun xxx
