Well I saw this on FailBlog
And thought, what a great joke. If you printed a sign like that and stuck it inside a public loo, somewhere everyone walking in can see it, then watch people freak out as they look around trying to spot the camera.
of course they might also freak out if you're just standing there watching them. Maybe you'd have to pretend to wash your hands really slowly.
