I haven't posted on here for a while as i've been having a few problems myself.

I just basically wanted to see if its just me or if anyone else can relate to it.
what i'm wondering is if anyone who lives with there parents feel that they're mental health problems/issues are exacerbated by their parents.

i'm trying so goddamn hard to keep my self harming and everything under control,aswell as keeping to my licence conditions.

sorry if the wording is off. i'm just curious to know if anyone is in the same boat.

yep.
I'm currrently thinking about moving out, my cpn is looking into supported/independant living type things, if you're not ready to live on your own yet. Oh yeah by the way i'm 20 and had to move back in with my parents after a breakdown, if you're underage than maybe you need to try and get a dialouge going and tell them what they could do to help more
