Probable Relapse

I've had a small history of drug abuse, and today after school i just found some pills. Now i'm really tempted to take them later, even though i know i shouldn't. i have no idea as how to prevent this...

Flush them? I know it will probably be difficult but its the only way I can think of to remove the temptation. Try to stay strong *hugs*

Please don't take the pills. You need to get rid of them and then we can talk about what's making you want to take the tablets.

i had various health issues, such as damage to my stomach lining & developing chronic acid reflux.
