Bless! She will look after them on her own but give her a big box lined with a towel for her and the baby kittens in a quiet place, you also need to put a little tray nearby and dont let her out because obviously the kittehs need her to be around.

Give her lots of food and water because the little kitties will feed off her. They kitties will need to go to the vets (i cant remember when!) annnnd dont touch them for the first week, just let her do her thing.

Also she can get into heat after 3 weeks so dont let her out otherwise she will get preggers again and she needs spaying!

I would recommend looking up info online too, theres loads of places ^_^ x

Everything griddle bone said is right :) I would add maybe feed her kitten food to help her get the extra neutrients she will need with the kittens nursing.

yay kittens :) make sure you share pictures with us :)

also there is a forum site I use

thecatsite.com

they have a forum dedicated to new mummy cat questions (they can be a bit intense at times)

congratulations on the new kittens

Awwwh this reminds me of when our neighbours left us to look after their cats while they went away for the week and one of them gave birth a few days after they left.
Newborn Kittehs are so cute but yeah mum will generally do everything for them :)
The only problem we had was that our neighbours cat gave birth to one in a cupboard and the rest in the litter tray so we had to move the lone kitten to her but it sounds like your kitteh is doing fine :)

Try leaving her to see if she goes back when they start mewing maybe?

kittens generally need to be fed every two hours so they would be fine if she wanders a little. As long as the kittens are still huddling together and the room is nice and warm.

If she does keep leaving them maybe shut the door and leave them in the same room. She may just be wanting to show you her babies. some cats like their people around when the babies are new.

Shes probably scared, my dad stayed with our cat all night when she had hers and she kept jumping out of the box if he walked away! You should see her feeding them but keep an eye on it, we started weighing ours after a few days to make sure they were feeding from her.

Yeah I would give her kitten food too!As long as she doesnt get out of the house it should be ok.x

I've put some kitten food out for her and have put them in a box in the kitchen and put the door too and she seems to have settled down (:

some people can but they are mostly the more experienced breeders that need to be good at seeing the difference that young.

I think its something to do with the distance between the 'bits' and the shape of the lowest 'bits' if it looks like a circle its a boy if it looks like a line/ oval its a girl
