Jumbling/mispronouncing words?

Does anyone else get this or know if its got a name?
Recently I have found that I say words in the wrong order, or forget words entirely, or mispronounce them/mix two words together.
It has only happened recently and I have been much more stressed and depressed than usual, traumatised too I guess so don't know if there's a connection?

I guess it could be connected, but I'm not a professional. When I'm feeling particularly low I struggle to speak properly or make sense. Depression makes you extremely tired, which can also affect speech. Do you feel it's getting really bad? Are you receiving help? Maybe it might be an idea to talk about someone, or the feelings that may be leading to this.
