I can understand being frustrated..It can be hard when moods aren't clear cut but, at the end of the day they aren't really ever 'clear cut' Do you mood map?
I also understand negative thoughts, and changing positives to negatives..I do this too..Try and reinforce the positives..I always get 'I want to die/give up/cut thoughts' when things get a little bit hard and just saying 'no I don't' can sometimes help- but I haven't engaged in any of those behaviours for a long time but self talk does help me a lot.
