Weird feeling in mouth before panic attack
It's not often that I have a panic/anxiety attack, and recently they aren't as severe, but just before I have one I have this really weird sensation in my mouth.
It's kind of difficult to describe, and the only thing I can think of is that it feels like there's polystyrene in my mouth, and it feels like my mouth is expanding?? After that, it feels like my insides (like my soul or something) is too big for my body and it's trying to bust out.
I was wondering if anyone had anything similar that they experience? I'm not good at this whole situation, and it's quite difficult to get myself out of it if I'm not at my Dad's house (although I have his dressing gown that I put on that helps).
