Case Manager thinks I'm lying
I have bared my soul to my Mental health case manager only to have her turn around and tell me I was "playing games" I have been terrified of telling her the stuff that is going on in my head and when I did she didn't believe me. Now I am scared to death about asking anyone else to help me because I felt humilliated and hurt when my case manager didn't believe me. She has also banned me from talking to anyone else in the mental health team except her and has blocked me from getting help from the hospital because she believes that I am lying.
I am barely holding on at the moment. I don't want to die but I feel like I can't fight alone and that is exactly it, I am alone. I have a lot of trouble trusting anybody and having opened up to her and then have her tell me I am "playing games" has destryoed me. I don't know what to do. I want help but am now more afraid than ever to get it.

File a formal complaint. This goes against guidelines and your Rights.

PM me if you want a PDF copy of the ICD-10 or the Mental Health Act 1983/2007. I ALSO HAVE THE DSM-V BOOK and am a pharmacology student.
I have a visual impairment / neurological problems so I need people to type in clear text and no funny fonts. Also excuse any typos, my vision blocks things out.
I have autism and have problems communicating, PMs included.
Just becasue I type well doesn't mean I speak well. I am only part time verbal.

i would say complain and ask for a second opinion. That way you can get what you're going through through to someone else and maybe they can help you? xx

You need to speak to somebody, the situation is unfair and unprofessional. Definitely speak to GP or PALS x
