Can't sleep. :(

This past week I keep waking up during the night, and then I can't get backto sleep, or it takes me forever to get to sleep. I'm so tired all the time I hate it. :( I went to bed the other day at like 8 and I still couldn't manage to get to sleep even though I was overly tired. :/ Is there anything I can do ? :/

yeah, there are "sleep hygiene" techniques and habits that can be helpful. and if that doesn't work, talk with a doctor. here is a link to a page with some suggestions. i hope that they help :) http://www.sleepfoundation.org/artic.../sleep-hygiene a quick google search will come up with other pages if you want to know more

Not being able to sleep can really have a negative impact on our mood. Some people find having a solid bedtime routine helpful e.g relaxing bath, book, milky drink, bed. Ensuring you have plenty of time in which to unwind before bed is also helpful if you can find it, and keep it clear of too much stimulation and stress. Hope things improve.

Like the others have suggested having a sleep routine can be really helpful. Like making sure you go to bed at around the same time each night. Also avoiding caffiene before you go to bed can be helpful too. Getting regular exercise can help too. If your still finding sleep difficult it might be worth having a chat with your doctor about it. Take care
