struggling....
 Hey...I'm sorry to post after so long but I'm really struggling right now.
It has been over 2 years since I have SH...but tonight the urges are really strong and I am finding it hard to fight it like I normally could.
I feel really lost and alone

First of all, well done on the 2 years! How are you feeling now? Urges will pass eventually, could you maybe try distracting yourself? Maybe go for a run listening to music or having a bath, drawing etc... Pm me if you want to, you arnt ever alone x

First of all two years is an amazing achievement, something you should be proud of. Try and remind yourself of how far you have come and the fact that you don't want to throw that away. What's making the urges so strong at the moment? It might help to get it off your chest and to talk about it. Have you tried any distractions? Keep fighting hun
