I'm fairly sure my dad is taking the 25mg capsules, that's all I know.

How long have you been on it? Did they start you on 20?

I take 60 and my dose was increased rapidly. I found myself shaky and getting hot flushes and my mind races. I still get it to a degree but over time it does lesson.

I took 40 mg for a while, and I felt like that too, especially at first. Very silly and talking lots very fast, which I don't normally do AT ALL, but also feeling dizzy and a bit faint and sluggish sometimes. It does lessen over time though, and to be honest... It's better than feeling crap!

When I was on 60mg, I didn't get any side effects. It also didn't have the desired effec either. :/

Yes!! But my BPD psych. taught me some relaxation techniques to do before going to bed, and that was really helpful, you might want to look into it! x
