I don't have an answer, but I've had similar in the past, sometimes I bleed a lot, other times I barely bleed at all.
I suppose the body changes a lot?
I hope you are ok, and that you have taken care of the cut?

I'm not quite sure what the reason is or have any advice, but I just wanted to say that this used to happen to me extremely often. It was actually rarer for me to bleed a lot than to barely bleed, and I'm not sure why, since I did not cut any deeper or shallower than the previous times.
I'm tempted to say it might be something to do with the position of the veins/arteries, but I'm really not sure. I'm terrible at this sort of stuff.

Yeah I dont either, I think its just because Ive always only cut on my left wrist, Ive done it a few other places but thats mainly where. Maybe its all the scar tissue? I dont know, but Im fine now.
Sometimes perfection means being a little messed up.~
I realize that giving out the reason could easily turn into tipsharing ("don't do X because Y won't happen", yea that could get triggery)
but I get it.
It's the weirdest thing when it happens.
& with me, it'll usually scab over anyway, which is even more WTF
