Hey guys, Im new around here im 27 and from England

I just wondered if anyone was around my age or older and still self harms?
If you don't want to answer thats fine, i just don't want to feel so alone right now

I'm a bit younger (21) but I'm free now. However I know theres a few people around here/the site that are your age and older. I think the oldest person I encoutered who still self harms, was a few years ago and was in their 40s or 50s, I can't remember which.

But there is definitely people around your age group who still self harm and are members of the site.

Hi Steph, I'm Sketchy. I'm 30 and have been self harming since I was 17. Sadly it is a thing where age does not discriminate, and although I want to be free, I am finding it difficult.
