ED Documentaries
So I've kind of run out of documentaires and programmes to watch, I find them to be really helpful in feeling sort of normal.
Any suggestions, other than like THIN or whatever?

If you google for this, a lot of them come up. Like, dozens. I don't think we're allowed to share things like this as it could come off as pro ed and very triggering/graphic.

I don't watch them as they trigger me, but there are plenty out there unfortunately.
When I was in the height of my ED, I would watch them ALL the time... made me feel good, and like I wanted to go further, and that. I try not to watch them now though, I don't want to go back there.
