Okay, if you're like me you love music.
One song that I find inspirational is "Today My Life Begins" by Bruno Mars
The great thing about the music world is that if you like a band, artist, etc you can look up facts about them. Plus there are many different genres and all of them are different in good and bad ways. If I'm in a bad mood I try to avoid my Korn CDs and look for Bruno Mars, Lady Gaga, Queen, Styx, etc. I do this because if you listen to upbeat music verses music that could make it worse it will help. My mom and I like to listen to Paul Simon together when we get bored :)
So if you need to get away from stress or pain, find a good song and dance around :)
