Refresh issues

Hi!

I recently just moved to London, and therefore have a new internet provider. Back home I had no problems with using this website, but here it's awful :(
(Strange since I lived pretty far away)

Anyway, the problem is that every time I try to open a thread/go into a forum etc the site won't load and I have to refresh. Every time. Sometimes more than once. It gets pretty annoying.

I'm using the same browser and same computer as before.

Can anyone help me? :(

Is it the error below?
Because I'm getting that too.
