You can do that fish thing for free in your local French lake. We used to go on holiday to France all the time and stayed near lakes and stuff and went swimming in them and the fishes would eat your scabs. Same thing but free(ish).
I generally get my hair cut by my local award winning hairdresser (Lol) as they do it really nicely. Or just go to the barbers. Or just get mother or a housemate to shave the sides.

I'm not sure how much nails generally cost to be done so I cannot produce an answer for the first bit, but if I could have my nails done, I'd quite like one of those painted designs (not sure how to describe this sorry), although I would have to go to a place with good reviews so that the paint doesn't flake off quickly.
