I'm sorry to hear that, but this is just a little blip, you can get straight back onto the road to recovery. You are in control. Use the things that have helped you through the past 2 months and 7 days and build on them. We are all here to support you. Take care.

I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.

how are you feeling today? you're not back at the beginning. i try to think of it as a game where you score points, like soccer. when you resist, you get a point. when you give in, the other team does. letting in one goal is troubling, but you're still ahead in the long run. or if you're not ahead yet, you're still gaining on them

this is my magical medicine cabinet. Left to right they contain: courage, hope, calmness, and strength.
The magical part: They NEVER run out, so borrow some any time you want.
PM me anytime, I love getting messages :)

Fight for another day
|
How are you doing now? While it is frustrating and disappointing when we slip up, your not alone it happens to all of us at some point. Over two months is an amazing effort and shows that you have the strength in you to keep going. Don't let this make you give up instead let it inspire you to keep fighting. Hold on there hun
