i was on chat with lindsay and she closed chat she does it everytime i go on with her i needed support and she closed the chat :(

It isn't necessarily Lindsay. The supporters are lots in number and you don't know who you're talking to at the time, I don't think.

The live support system is flawed and buggy and occasionally kicks people out. It's nothing personal.

The live help system is horrid so if it closes on you it's nothing personal just log on again

If you have an issue with the Supporters it might be worth contacting them via email rather than making a post here. Live Help has a lot of technical faults and issues and Lindsay will not have closed the chat with you for any other reason. If a conversation is accidentally shortened, the Supporters look for an email address and will contact you if there is one. I'm not sure whether you enter one for Live Help but if you do and Live Help closes, the Supporter you were chatting with will send an email. If you don't, you don't know what's happening. Perhaps you could do that next time you enter Live Help?

As has been said, there are a lot of technical issues with Live Help at the moment. It also crashes when trying to get the email address of the user. Remember that you can email the supporters at support@recoveryourlife.com or use chat and the forums. If you need immediate support then you can use a telephone helpline. Take care.
