I've been thinking that sometimes we get very caught up in being negative and can forget the very positive side of things. So I just wanted to make a note of some of the really great things about RYL which I feel like I need to say thank you for.

Dear RYL,
Thank you for:
Helping me meet some wonderful friends.
Opening my eyes to what life is like for people with all sorts of mental health problems.
Influencing my behavior towards other people with mental health problems in such a way which I hope will make me a better doctor in the future.
Providing me with somewhere to express things I can’t say out loud.
Providing a place where I can get support from lovely people when I really need it.
Being a 24/7 distraction whenever one is needed.

I agree, a great thread to compliment a great forum.
I became a member of this forum in sept 2011 seeking advice on my family issues, I recieved good support on those issues & also more recently this forum helped me relize I have other issues that had previously made no sense of untill now.
