Lasangne with Pancakes?
Does anyone know If I could make a Lasagne with left over pancakes? I have Pancakes ,Vege Pasta Sauce (Not nice enough to be eaten neat really) that I made and Cheese . Was just thinking of replacing the pasta with the Pancakes. Any Thoughts?

Try it and find out, I would. :)
I'm not sure the consistency will hold in the same way pasta does in lasagna, the pancakes might disintegrate. But worth a try just out of curiosity..

I think if you heated up the sauce and layered it without baking, it could be quite nice. I don't know what would happen if you baked it; as has been said the pancakes might not stay together.

I hate lasagne. I hate pancakes. The only way that combination could sound worse would be if you somehow managed to incorporate my mums stew.
