How to get under the crisis team?

I have been in hospital for the last two years and was discharged yesterday. I am really struggling to cope with the transition but my CPN is refusing to put me under home treatment. She says she wants me to have minimal contact with the mental health services but i really think I need home treatment. She won't listen to me and is simply refusing, so i feel like seriously hurting myself to show how much i'm struggling.

Any help?

When you try your best but you don't succeed
When you get what you want but not what you need
When you feel so tired but you can't sleep
Stuck in reverse

And the tears come streaming down your face

When you lose something you can't replace
When you love someone but it goes to waste
Could it be worse?

Could you try your GP tomorrow to see what the options are?

I don't have much knowledge of the MH service much anymore and i haven't been in hospital but find it a little insulting that she won't listen to you or even accept you are struggling! i mean isn't it her job to understand that you are suffering and need help!?
Sorry didn't mean to rant it just frustrates me that the MH service seems to be massively flawed.

I really hope you find a way to show them how much you need their help. xxxx

I totally agree with this.

It will only increase your dependancy if you are under the crisis team. I think the team would see right through you if you hurt yourself then said "can I have crisi team to help me stop"
I was in hospital for a long time and I felt very dependant on services when I left. They refused me crisis team support and I thought it was the worst thing ever. I considered hurting myself too. Thanks fully I didn't.
I am now glad that they denied me services because now I only use them when I really need them. It taught me that I can take responsibility for my illness and I can cope in hard time.

Communication with my team is a lot better now. Also my functioning is a lot better now.

I think keeping your contact minimal is for the best in your situation. Hope you can see that.

I know it can be hard when you post for support on something, and ppl agree instead with what you feel is the problem, (dear god, did thjat make sense?!).
How do you feel about those responses? Can (or have)you spoken more about it with your CPN?
I do understand what a shock it is to suddenly be 'home'.
Weirdest bit for me?
Ceilings seemed sooooo low in our house after a long stay. :P
True story.
(anyone else ever feel that?)
