on feb 5 i had to go get stitches.

not even two weeks later on the same day i saw my pdoc, the day before i see my counsellor, i end up needing a large amount of sub q stitches.

if i don't get out of this pit they are going to keep me as an inpatient. i do not want to be hospitalized. all i got out of it last time was being over medicated.

Hey,

I am sorry you are having such a hard time out the moment. I agree with the above poster, is there anything more the team can give you in the community? It sounds like you have good reasons for not wanting to go inpatient and I'm sure deep down your team don't want that either, it's just when faced with the decision of keeping you safe they sometimes have to take drastic action.

Do you know what is causing you to go through such a difficult time?

i don't know what the cause is. i have these deep drops in mood. last time i ended up in hospital for a short time.

i see a counsellor and a psychiatrist. pdoc is referring me to mental health team while i am in this depression. i am not hiding y breath that it will help.
