Jeez! Abbreviations translation please!
I've been getting a lot of responses with abbreviations that I don't understand. I'm not from the UK.. so the terminology is different. Usually, it doesn't make a difference - but it's starting to get a little annoying when I'm trying to respond to someone and I don't totally understand what they mean! Things like GP, SIAD, CMHT and stuff.. can someone give me a quick review of commonly used abbreviations in the UK? Would appreciate it! thanks

GP is General practitioner, SIAD is Self injury awareness day, and CMHT is the community mental health team :)
