Is it cheating...

So I don't do it purposely, but I'll play with my friend's cat, who will scratch and bite the **** out of me (to the point where i'll bleed and i'll have scabs the next day), but I don't do it with intention. But I do admire it the next day...I won't do it on purpose, but the next day I'm happy it happened and I look at it and it makes me happy...Is this cheating? I haven't cut intentionally in about a year, so this does change things, possibly. And I'm definitely looking for the blunt, honest truth....Thanks...

I don't see it as 'cheating' but the fact that you are feeling like that about them perhaps indicates that you need to question whether you feel you may be slipping back into old thought patterns and if so, what you could do to get back to the more positive thoughts that have got you through the year. Does that help at all?

Do you think having those catty scabs to admire helps keep you away from putting your own ones there?
Whatever the case I wouldn't say it's cheating it's just a case of if you think it's a positive or negative trail of thought.

I agree with these guys ^^^^^ ITs not cheating that its happening, but the fact you feel like this is more "worrrying". Is it causing you to slipi back than continue on your amazing 1 year free?? But congrats with that :) xx
