Psych Eval
My GP has recommended that I see a psych person to get evaluated and to make sure that we're on the right path with medication. I've been on meds before but I've never had a formal evaluation. I was just wondering what it consists of and how they go down. I'm assuming I'll sign a release so my new psych can talk to my GP and counselor. I've got four weeks until I go, I'm just curious and a little bit nervous.
