Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew what cable I would need to get to connect my macbook up to my tv?

I got a cable similar but it doesn't fit, its the wrong cable :/ so not sure what went wrong, oh well im sure i will figure it out eventually!

i just get an hdmi cable, my tv even has a dvi port... I do have a pc though.
WILL NEVER HELP APPLE
