DBT diary cards

Quick question for anyone doing DBT, what things are included in the diary cards? I know there is alcohol, drugs, cutting, suicidal thoughts, is that right? Specifically are there any ED related behaviours included? What do you do with the cards if you aren't having the individual therapy part of the course and just the group work?

Im not sure if all cards are the same but my one includes, drugs, alcohol, self harm urge and action, suicdal feelings and action. whether yourve taken your meds. then on the other side there is feelings ranging from 1-5. then at the bottom all the skills that you circle. If youre not doing the individual then i guess its for the skills. I dont really know as I do the individual as well. I would say that they are hard to fill in so getting into routine is good with them :) good luck xx

Oh and I theres a collum which is blank for anything else that needs to be added personally for you, so I guess you could do the ED. Feel free to PM me if you have any more questions or want to talk :) Im currently in my 12th week of DBT xx

My one has the columns: pain|sad|shame|anger|joy then urges to use alcohol/illicit drugs|self harm|commit suicide which you have to rate between 0-5.
You have to put whether you over/under/correctly used prescription meds. State any use of alcohol or illicit drugs, and a column for over the counter medication. You also have to state whether you self harmed, engaged in suicidal activity and the skills you used that day.
