Hi Cheryl,
I know it sounds easier said then done but I think one of the best things to do to help you get back into normality is to do all that netball stuff, even when you really don't feel like it. Especially if you have not been for a while then going can seem like more of an effort and a chore as well as more anxiety provoking. Depression takes away interest in things we used to enjoy but if you don't keep trying to do those things then you can kind of get stuck in a cycle, i.e you don't do them so you feel worse and the longer you don't do them, the harder they are to do, so then you miss more sessions, and the whole thing repeats itself.
Could you try doing some work for say ten minutes at a time? Also it may be worth getting your DSA re evaluated to see if they will offer you any extra support with uni. I know you already have some support but it may be worth looking into. They offered me some software to help with concentration issues. Well, rather to make it easier for me to get back into my train of thought after one of my frequent breaks. It is hard to explain, it is kind of mind mapping software but a lot more complicated, mainly for use when writing essays/notes.
Have you spoken to P or your uni about any of your concerns about this stuff? Have they offered any support or suggestions?
Also, I'm sorry I didn't text last night. I did not get home till a lot later than planned and I didn't want to text in case it woke you.
