So I had my first placement today, went really well, really enjoyed it and yet now I am so low it is unbelievable. Don't understand and don't know how to cope.
Explanations and solutions please?

Sometimes I feel like that after doing something good and going back to 'normality.' Maybe that's what's going on for you? Perhaps you could focus on the positive things about the day and look forward to continuing your placement (if you're continuing it?) I also fully agree with Zed, funny and Disney all the way! I'm here if you want to talk.
I put it down on paper and then the ghost does not ache so much.
Don't try to calm the storm, calm yourself, the storm will pass.
Also, if your placement is continuing maybe you can prepare yourself that you might feel a bit low afterwards and have something prepared to help boost yourself?

I sometimes get that. It's hard when it happens because you feel more angry at yourself because you feel like you should be happy and there's no reason to feel down.
Like Zed and Linds said, is there anything [Disney-related] distracting you could do with your night to lift your mood a little or something?
Sometimes you just feel low. Depression(if you have been diagnosed with it) can do that to you sometimes. No reason for it. Just happens. You just have to ride it out, distract yourself, do something you enjoy, etc.
Try and lay down with some music. Even if you don't sleep straight away, rest will still be beneficial. And in the morning, make sure you have a substantial breakfast to give you energy to get through to your breaks.
I don't want to move because I feel safe here. I hope I can do a good job still tired but I'm still so bloody nervous again, despite first day being a success. It's just...ugh negative thoughts (deservedly negative thoughts).
