Hi there

I think that's a great idea. Often writing things down means that you don't miss anything important and it's all portrayed to the doctor in the way that you can plan and anticipate. I wrote a letter to my doctor explaining my feelings and I thought it really helped. Good luck on the writing and the appointment and I hope you get the result that you would like.

I have done the same a few times and it really does help, it gives them some points to help them help you.

Good idea, and also if you are struggling remembering things take a pen and paper

Yeah, writing it down can be a good idea, I have done this in the past and it has helped me get across what I wanted and prevented me from forgetting things.
