I was IP for 3 months, but I'm back at home and just wanted to say 'hi'.

Hi Katie!
I'm doing ok I guess. There are ups and downs. They released me back into freedom 3 weeks ago, so I'm used to it again.

I have a new therapist who I see once a week. And the therapist at hosp told me that he would have liked to keep me, but that it isn't possible to support me the way that I need it there.
My GP is nice and she offered me that I can come during her hours in case anything bad is happening.

I hope things work out well with your new therapist. It's also good that you have a supportive GP.
