Ok so I have an iPhone 4 and one time a long time ago when I visited this site I was greeted with a message saying this forum is iOS native and it was a redirect to the AppStore and the app was like $5 or something along those lines. But anyways I was wondering if you could use chat on the app?

Probably not, it's flash based and apple doesn't like flash.

Download a browser called puffin from the appstore it's about 60 pence and it'll let you in chat.
