this place have DECENT mods that actually know what they are doing LET me know lol.
to be a mod means RESPECT the rules which many of u doesnt.
to be a mod means BE IMPARTIAL which neither of u does.
to be a mod means have CAPACITY to decide what ir wrong and right... man thats lacking a LOT.
to be a mod is assuming a responsibility therefore even if ur not paid u should do UR BEST to take care of this place. SO if u dont have time u shouldnt be one.
mods should be choose caz they CARE about the comunity and what to make this place safe and SUPPORTIVE. people that frequent room 2 are the nastiest people ive EVER seen in whole life and mods are there often.
being a mod means u have to intervene for avoiding drama but many of u like starting drama.
when i came here i heard a lot of crap that this team sucked but i gave it a try... i didnt think it sucked so much.

Any of the mods can tell you that I have a long history of disagreeing with them.
The truth is, they really do do there best to remain impartial and to keep RYL running smoothly. Sometimes (most of the time!) you might not agree with them, but if you take the time to politely and privately discuss your problem they will listen to you and do their best to clear things up.

If you see something you don't like you can use the 'ignore' feature, or just simply avoid that thread altogether.
Mods are members too - and just like all of us, they have their owns lives and problems to deal with. Most of the mods are also based in the UK so night time [GMT] there are significantly less mods are than other times of the day - this is when it comes in handy to learn to avoid threads/members you have a problem with. Just report said thread/member and leave it be. Mods will deal with it.
It helps with members are mature even to take responsibility for their own actions. If you see drama, simply report it and move on - because if you get involved, you may get warned/infractions. Flaming and such [and you could be flaming the mods here] can earn you infraction points, which in turn will lead to a ban when you get a certain amount.
It's not all about the mods here, like I said, it helps when members just simply follow the rules.
