Safe - High Blood Pressure?

I have had this odd thing now for a while .. It's really hard to describe but like when I'm walking anywhere or sitting down (but mostly when being active) where it feels like little flutters of dizziness washes over me and makes my vision go funny for a split second. I also get like a tingling in my hand for a second and my heart feels weird... I keep wondering if it could be High Blood Pressure but without really knowing how to explain it I don't know who to turn to for help...

It's like when I'm shopping, I get it every 30 seconds more or less and it feels, for a second, that I'm not real.

It's horrible and I just want to get rid of it.

Um, low BP would be more likely.
Lots of reasons why you could be dizzy;
- Are you eating properly?
- Are you anxious?

Sometimes it's just one of those things, but if you're worried go to your GP and get it checked, as it could be the sign of an underlying problem.
