i found a book in my school library called Psychiatric Tales, by Darryl Cunning-something or other. its a graphic (not graphic bloody graphic, graphic as in cartoon) novel type thing written/drawn from the point of veiw of a mental health nurse. i thought it got the feel of hospitals pretty accurately. it isn't too long, and its broken up into different little stories (non triggering, i think)... maybe would be worth a look, or recommending to people who don't get it

I've seen some of it too, it was posted online from before he decided to publish it. It was pretty good, he had little stories about different patients he met, it was neat to see things from the nurses point of view when you've already seen it from the patients. I liked his art style too, very simple and angular.

I'd also recommend it :)
