hey,
I personally dont have it, like most things they have a number of names like MPD is the same as DID really, anyhow i dont, but one thing is for sure your not alone with this and this is not meant in a harsh/mean way but i think they are a few people on here with MPD/DID. :)

My sister has half been diagnoised with DID but whether hers is a disorder in itself if like an 'add-on' of her bipolar we don't know.

From my understanding there are a fair few members who have DID or other forms of dissociation.
You may find the Dissociative Distress (I think it is called that) thread on this board helpful.

Multiple Personalities Don't Exist
Since MPD doesn't exist, why not find a therapist, if you need one, that does cognitive behavioral therapy or other therapy that is known to be effective?

Dissociative Identity Disorder does exist and is a perfectly logical reaction to trauma. Who exactly are you to say it doesn't exist?
