little advice please

how would you go about letting a very long term friend know that you have had feelings for them since the day you met them? i have been friends with this lovely young woman for around 9 years now and i think she may have feelings for me to but not sure and i dont want to **** things up between us...any advice would be very much appreciated

It's difficult to give accurate advice without knowing the people in question, but as a general rule? If she's such a good friend that you're worried about screwing things up, things won't get screwed up.

Rohipnol works wonders. You can bonk her silly and she won't have a clue. Its win win in my eyes!

I've been there and worn that t shirt many times. Bet you've sat and supported through gritted teeth and a fake smile all the new boyfriends and hidden your joy at subsequent failings. A was said if you are close you can get thru this. Tell her how you feel.

....and keep a few pills in the back pocket just incase ;p

You don't have to go out and express your undying love for her. Think about what you want to achieve, and the most effective way of doing that. Do you think she has any suspicion at all? If so, you can afford to be more up-front about it. If not, look for ways to express it more subtly. Find a situation where you're feeling a connection and explain to her that you really like her, that she's done a lot for you over the years. See how she responds. Try to gague her reaction. It isn't always easy. Don't push your luck, but don't hang back either. Be confident; not creepy.

Ultimately, though, do remember: She's been your mate for a decade. She obviously likes you on some level, whether romantic or otherwise, so you've a better-than-average shot already.

as i said in the previous post thanks...i think the rohipnol is the safer offer but after the first time she mite become a little suspect mite have to give it a try if the talking doesnt work though :P
