Adult - relationship and work probs

Just having such a bad time of late, been bad for the past few years since i lost my fagher, have sort of sorted drink and rug problems, but got into s relationship with a girl who I truly love, it has been tempsetous to say the least, but fhaveing had a fairly good time recenrtly i have been under a lot of prrssuee w=at work might lose my job tomorrow funny enough, cannot sleep and becam angry whe she just told me to stop wallowing in it.
She hsas now left me saying thing didnt feel right, we had three geat days together rceenlty loving caring etcm but she just seemed ot find problems and now this, just feel let down duped and alone, any words of wisdom?
for the record she has dropped me before for other guys etc and seems to lack empathy

In which case, as harsh as it sounds, you're almost certainly better off without her.

If it's the case that she's off-and-on, that she doesn't try to empathise with your problems, then she is a destructive force in your life that you can do without at times like this.

A successful relationship must be based on trust and understanding, ESPECIALLY when mental health issues come into play.

Be your own person. You can take control of your own life. You can be the person you aspire to be.

Take a positive from the negative. It sucks, a lot, but it can be the start of something good. Of getting better.

Yeah there is a great lack of understanding here. And as Folded said, you can do without it. It would seem the bad outweighs the good. Being alone is no bad thing, decide what you want, and go for it!
