crises team- need advice *urgent*
I am really sorry to post but I am scaring myself. I am very close to taking another OD, it hasn't even been a week since the last one. I have the number for the crises team here but I've never called before and don't know what to expect. Could anyone tell me what will happen if I call? Sorry

They will talk to you and try to find out why you are feeling this way and they will try and help you, it might be that will arrange to call you back later, or arrange for two people to come around to your house later tonight or tomorrow to see how your'e getting on.
It's really nothing to be scared of, they're just people who want to help.

They will just talk to you to see how you are and if they can help. Be honest with them.

not to scare you, but when i called them telling them something similar they sent the police round and i got detained under a section 136 :/

thank you so much for replies. I am so sorry I went offline, ?I don't have internet access through my own laptop or anything. I share this PC with my fiance's family (five of us in this house in total) and if I get asked to come off I have to. I am so sorry if I worried anyone. I managed to get through last night though I did harm but no OD. I called my CPN first thing this morning and I am seeing her at 4pm. I will try update you all when I get back if I can. I don't know if I will get home or end up IP.

thank you everyone. It went fairly well, I was honest with her about having pills stored, attacking G, the cutting and everything. She is going to speak to my psych and see about a medication review. At the moment I take Depakote for the moods but nothing to help with calming me down when I flip out completely. I'm exhausted with all of it, I really can't handle it anymore. Thanks again for the support. I might be able to get on later but I'm not sure. x
