I have got to see GP tuesday and explain it all....

Is this the first time you will be visiting your GP about this?

If you find it difficult to talk you can write your GP a letter explaining how your'e feeling and hand it to them. It's often easier that way and takes some of the pressure off you.

I'm sure your'e GP will be very supportive and lead the conversation, it's nothing to worry about and hopefully will be a step forward in getting the support you need.

yeah it my first time going im just really panicing about the hole thing as in past four days my self harm as got a little out contorl because of all the emotions involed so dont knowwhat to think i know ihave my youth workers going with me but i dont wanna me worrying anyone :?

It's really nothing to be afraid of. It's good that you have your youth workers going with you, at least you won't be alone. Maybe they can speak for you?

Don't worry about worrying your GP, I'm sure they have seen it all before, they will just want to help you as best they can.

It will all be over with before you know it.
