Stuck in a corner

Everything is just closing in ... I hear voice telling me to do stuff..and thoughts. I feel trapped.. I feel like these voices are winning... I feel like i have to do what they tell me.... I feel like there right that I am ulgy and that I shouldn't be here.. There winning and Im trapped in a corner and just scared.. Don't feel like hiding in a corner and just stuck... I feel like I will never win :'(

You don't have to do what these voices tell you. Not if it's bad things. Don;t let them win. Are you getting any help with this?

No im not and there going to win i cant handle it :'( just ugh so hard :'(

I know it's hard. It sounds awful for you. Have you ever spoken to anyone, even a family member or friend about it? At least you're writing about it here, that's good. The voices are wrong about you being ugly and shouldn;t be here, that's not true at all.
