I know you are having a really difficult and stressful time at the moment. Is there anything going on that is especially bothering you? What do you think might help? Thinking of you x
Im sorry youre having such a difficult time at the moment Mand..do you have any friends living nearby who could come around, or maybe babysit whilst you go out...have a change of scenery rather than seeing the same old four walls. I know it doesnt get you out of your situation but it may lift your mood and make you feel a little better....sending hugs and love xxx
Just to let you know Mand wont now have internet access until the 4th August. It would be lovely for her to see support for her for when she can next get online xx
ty for posting Rowie, by some miracle i have internet again not sure how long it will last. am safe for the moment, still feeling awful, exhausted on top of it all. just plodding on.

I hope your internet stays on!! I know you are going to make it through this Manda.
You and your girls are going to be ok. I'm not sure about where you are but here in the states there is a group called "parents without partners". it CAN be for dating but it is also very good for just getting together with people in your same situation, male or female, basically just discussing the hardships and joys of being a single parent.
Also, during this period of time while you are going through this, could you get into therapy? I'm not sure of your insurance situation right now.
You are such a selfless person and are always around to help others. I hope we can do the same for you.
not a matter of insurance all paid for in the UK - unless you go private. I wouldn't want therapy i'm doing ok, just a blue night think they are to be expected for a little while.

Hi mj, i'm doing good, getting out and about in the sun, don't suppose you fancy meeting up for coffee in newport or cardiff one day? give me and the girls a little trip out? it's keeping me sane, little trips (i have to go shopping every few days) and friends coming round.

Oooh possibly!! It won't be for a while though, as I'm struggling with med-change side effects at the moment. (And I'm a scaredy cat who's scared of people, leaving the house, and pretty much everything lol). But don't give up on me! I'm trying to arrange a meet for September, but I always chicken out, and now I have more med changes, so meh. But I do try! x
I can relate to the sadness and pain and i know its a really **** time. Huge changes and insecurities but you will survive this and move on. the good thing to see and read is that you clearly see the difference between feeling naturally low and blue and being full on depressed. Thats a positive thing.
You have your little family now and they are a great focus. They will keep you strong. Youve been around long enough to know all the signs for if things do get worse and i do hope that you will seek help immediately if they do!
Take care
Matthew x

hey guys,
ty pengy xxx feeling rubbish today only 3hrs sleep the kids running round like loonies just wanna go back to sleep!
MJ, maybe easier to just meet one on one (give or take 2 screeching brats!) than a full on meet, then if we meet up in september me and you can meet beforehand so you're not alone walking upto a group of people - not that many people can usually make cardiff meets... but there ya go xxx
